no airdrop accept/decline notification

When using airdrop the receiving computer doesn't show the popup accept/decline notification. There's a notification sound, but no popup notification & so no way to accept. Does anyone know why and how to fix? Thank you.

I am not seeing airdrop acceptance notification I have been having trouble with Airdrop. I hear the notification and see that it's sent. But I never get the window to accept. I am also having trouble fining it in my downloads folder. I had to restart to get the pictures I sent. Does anyone have a suggestion? I have done the turn off wifi, blue tooth and restart tip. Still same issue. Thanks in advance,

Airdrop not working - no „accept/decline” notification What can be the reason why Airdrop not working? I see the user to send photo, tap on user, but the receiver does not get any notification to accept or decline sending. Everything is turned On: wifi, airdrop to everyone, bluetooth. Tried as well opt is out an in again, turning off the telephone. Nothing worked. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks!

Thank you. We had to also turn off bluetooth & wifi in sequence then turn them on in reverse sequence then it worked. Thanks.

I would suggest that you try shutting down/rebooting your Mac first, see if the issue resolves it.
