First of all: No - I am not a bot. I am just an everyday Apple User like you. If all you want to do is modify the eMail address, then do so here: appleid.apple.com. If you want to use this in a new Apple Account, then note that purchases cannot be transferred between Apple Accounts. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the studio.

These are User-to-User forums. As you might suspect, no one here would have any call whatsoever in licensing, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll run you through the fix.

• Proceed from there as necessary

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Make a Phone cCall.

With no access, call the school directly, and ask for contact information for the:

• Web Master
• System Administrator
• Network Administrator
• or whomever else it may be.

Take this Up with the Web Master:

Contact the Web Master of your school. They are the one(s) who manage your college network.

Your school needs to supply the new email address. The subscription is usually tied to your Apple ID, so you will probably need to do a name change on your Apple ID.
