Unidays Student Verification for Apple ID

My unidays account is under my school email however my apple ID is under my personal email. When I go to verify my student status, Unidays says it emails my personal email, however, I never receive since they technically don't have an account under that email.

can't get access to the email signed up with Apple ID Had another AppleID years back. I used a university email address when signing up for that AppleID, but am no longer able to get accesss to that email. I have not logged in with that AppleID for years, and now are not able to log in because Apple wanted me to enter information sent to that email address to log in. Forgot what answers i put in for security questions too... HELP!

Unlink UNiDAYS from old Apple ID and link it to the new one I have changed my Apple ID and want to link the UNiDAYS of the same student email to the new Apple ID. However, when I entered the UNiDAYS email, it showed it was already in use. So, I cannot link it to my new Apple ID.

You need to contact Unidays to resolve the problem. It isn't an Apple problem.
