I can't move notes from my icloud to my iphone

I originally moved my notes to icloud because I didn't have space but I need to make room for other things in icloud so I'm trying to put it back to my iphone. I can't figure out how and I can't find any options or answers for this. If I turn off icloud for my notes will my notes be deleted or moved to my iphone?

I don't have an option to transfer to my iphone through notes.
