Backup in iCloud failed

Hello. I have iPhone XS Max.

foe a while I can’t backup in iCloud.

first it’s says I don’t have enough space (but I have), so I upgraded to bigger space.

but it still failed to backup.

what can I do?

Note, arikbeitar, that if the message about not having «enough space» did not explicitly specify iCloud storage, then it is telling you that you don’t have enough Free local (device) storage space to perform the iCloud backup.


If you don’t have enough Free local storage for an iCloud backup, you still may be able to backup using a computer (PC or Mac using iTunes, or a Mac running Catalina, using the Finder).


If even that fails, then you’ll need to find some other way to Free up local (device) storage.
