Not all new watch faces display in gallery

Can you help me get all the new watch faces to show in the Face Gallery?

No Metropolitan Face in Gallery or New Faces? I have a brand new S7 watch. Updated to latest WatchOS. Powered up and down. I want to try the Metropolitan face but it is missing on both my iPhone and Apple Watch. It is not listed in the Gallery or "New Faces" section. In "New Faces", I just have 6 options (Pride, Unity Lights, Contour, Modular Duo, Portraits, World Time). No Metropolitan. Ideas? Thanks!

Ok so if I have synced a watch only the compatible faces display?

Not all watch faces are compatible with all watch models.
