identity of "eas.outlook.com" cannot be verified

Hello, I keep getting the above message on my iphone 7 (software 13.7). It just started happening a couple of hours ago.

Details says the certificate is for Cloudflare-dns.com and expires 1/2/21

So how do I find out if this genuinely related to one of my apps?

Whether it is necessary?

Regardless of whether it is necessary or not how do I resolve/get rid of the notification without messing my phone.

I keep getting notifications concerning outlook trust certificate? I keep getting notification of a issue the certificate for outlook.com? What can I do to eliminate this notification?
