outlook certificate

Hello, I am getting these warnings all the time on my iPad Pro.

The IOS is updated. I removed the outlook app.

I tried to look into settings, about, certificates, but couldn’t find this certificate. These is no option how to remove it.

any suggestions and help will be highly appreciated.
