Can’t open general settings on Apple Watch app

I had to do a full restore on my iPhone and then I was able to get my watch working again.

How you do that?

Updating to 14.1 solved this issue for me! You should try it.

Update, re setting the phone and restoring the data fixed the issue. Yes it was terrible, but I couldn’t find any other fix

I tried that but it’s still doing the same thing! Don’t know how to fix this. Useless device without being able to sync!

I have a tried that. My phone is 14.2. Will try again to install the watch update again

what worked for you? I’m having same issues and the I watch app and fitness app on phone won’t work. Apple told me I would need to reset the phone (wipe it and start over)

Also hoping someone has found a fix! Would like to avoid doing the factory resets if possible. I am glad to know that other people are having these problems as well.

Mine did the same thing. 5 days later everything was working again! Annoying but glad it’s fixed! Got the activity to show again too

Update: the app just fixed itself (took about 3 days). Not sure how any why it occurred but glad it’s fixed now!
