After updating to ios14 I am unable to make a video call or phone call via whats-app. Has anyone had the same problem & solved it. Apple advisers were unable to help and their only answer was to download the latest version of 14, but 14 is the problem. Five other friends have the same problem and we all are using iphones 10 10s 11 & 11pro. Any idea where the problem lies?? Apple or whatsapp?

Thanks for your fast reply, have tested regular phone call and FaceTime , all working as normal. Itâs a pity apple support did not think of that. Again a big thank you

If the camera and microphone work in other circumstances (e.g. a regular phone call or a Facetime call) then that would indicate that Whatsapp needs to update their app.
