We are trying to reset a company owned Ipad and the user entered there personal apple id and we not can reset it. The person is no longer employed by our company.

Dredge up the original purchase receipt with the iPad serial number, and have a discussion directly with the people at Apple Support.


Use the Contact Support link in the upper right.


They’ll typically want and need to confirm your identity and role within the organization, and can usually then clear this Activation Lock.
