I cannot make my macbook recognized my iphone 11 pro max
any help?

If that were true, your Mac would not have iTunes!
iTunes was replaced by Music last year with the introduction of MacOS Catalina. And Music is not used when attempting to recognize an iOS device.
So you should tell us the version numbers of all relevant software.
