Hello,
I own an iPhone 11 and I want my call history to only show mobile phone calls, right now it has skype calls, facebook messenger calls etc.
I didnt find a setting where to switch it to showing only mobile phone calls.
Another issue - can I change the contact list to only show my phone contacts/people whose number I have? Not ever single gmail/hotmail and skype contact I have?

Just to confirm, are you inquiring about your call history using the Phone app? If so, there wouldn't be a way to change how incoming and outgoing calls are displayed, but you can submit feedback about the Phone app using the feedback link below.
As far as your contacts you can change how your contacts are displayed. This can be done by managing the default account being used with your contacts, or by toggling "Contacts' off for the email accounts configured on the iPhone. If your content with the default account being used to save your contacts, managing the email accounts being used with contacts may help.
