After I force shutdown my MacBook and turned it on again, everything was zoomed in except for my applications bar. I tried command+option+8 but that zoomed it in more. I tried scroll zooming, zoomed in more. I’ve tried shutting down/restarting my laptop many times, but each time it’s still zoomed in. Is there any other way to fix it?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with the zoom feature on your MacBook. Looking at the macOS User Guide, section: Change Zoom preferences for accessibility on Mac it mentions using Option + Command + F5 to enable and disable this feature. If you haven't given that a try yet, see if it helps.
If you continue to run into issues returning your screen to normal, first try a NVRAM Reset.
-Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
If the issue persists, try booting up into safe mode, Start up your Mac in safe mode. Once you're in safe mode, just check to see if the display is back as expected. You can then go ahead and reboot normally and check it again.
