Sync library keeps turning off

Sync library keeps turning off and I have tried everything and read all of the articles and it still will no work. Any help?

We understand you're running into some issues with the Sync Library function on your iPhone. It's important to be able to use your Apple Music content and we'll be glad to offer assistance.


It sounds like you've tried some troubleshooting already. To verify a few details, have you tried restarting your iPhone? How about enabling Sync Library on both cellular data and Wi-Fi connections?


Which iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About?


Have you tried signing out of the iTunes and App Store, and then back in? Keep in mind that this process will remove any offline content, so you would need to re-download it after. On iOS 14, you'd sign out by tapping Settings > [name] > Media & Purchases. Then tap the icon in the top left and select "Sign Out of Store." If you're using iOS 13, you would instead tap Settings > [name] > iTunes & App Store and then sign out from there. Then sign back in and test it out.
