Accounts tab in Mail not displaying

Helping a client set up a new email address, and her iPhone 11 doesn't show the "Accounts" tab under "MAIL" settings. Without that tab, we can't add a new account.

How did that get turned off? But more importantly, how do we turn it back on? I've never even imagined it was possible, considering we can go down the MAIL page and find all four of her emails listed under the "Default Account" tab.

Hi AnthonyOmega,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand you're not seeing the option to add an email account for the Mail app of an iPhone. We'll be happy to help.

Just to be sure, with the latest update of iOS 14, you can add an email account by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

For iOS 13, you can add an email account by going to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account.

Please let us know, if these are the steps you're following to add an email account.

Kind regards.
