my chager isnt working

I want to know how I can change my charger, because is not workind, i received from you apple online by new, but damaged, so i want to change and get a new one inmediatly, but im livng in panama City, LATAM, Central America.

so guide me how i need to do to send te damaged charger and receive the new one to Panamá, Central America through my PO Box in miami and the to Panamá.
