Apple TV goes to odd screen

My new Apple TV 4K has started going to an odd screen with static throughout except black and white striped band on right side and green and blue striped band in the bottom. Sound also list except for random scratch and static.

Fixed temporarily by unplugging power.

Connected via HDMI to 4K Sharp Roku TV.
