How do I open an app?
I have a United (Airlines) app in my iphone for ages. Starting a week ago, I can no longer open it: I touch it, it will open for a second then closes.
I deleted the app, and reload from App Store, the same thing still happens.
What is wrong?

what iOS version are you running?
Settings > General > About
your details show you are using iOS 11. If that's the case, it's possible that the app is no longer being updated for older iOS versions
