Incoming calls
Getting calls like this instead of slide to answer when my phone is locked in ios 14 iphone 11.I reset all setting and restarted my iphone 3 times but doesn’t solve the issue.how to fix?

We see you've got some questions about the call screen in iOS 14, and we'll be happy to help clear that up.
The screen you see in iOS 14 is the way calls now come through. The Slide to Unlock feature has been updated to show Accept and Decline buttons.
