Can’t delete apps on Apple TV 4 gen .
Following the instructions to delete apps ( both ways) the apps are not deleted. The option to delete and confirmation that I want to delete both show up but when selected the apps are still there.

Restart your Apple TV, then try again.
Highlight the app and hold down the Touch surface until the app starts to jiggle. Then press the Play/Pause button and choose Delete. Then select Delete again in the next screen. The Cancel option will be default. You have to move the selection to Delete. The Delete button will go from dark red to bright red when getting focus. Then confirm again.
