Does Apple Comply with GDPR?

I have ask the question to an apple supporter, he gave an ambiguous yes, and send me some articles that basically says that apple care very much about data security and teaches there employers GDPR. But after reading several pages bla bla there was not a clear answer.

Where is the ICloud server located?

It have to be in EU for Icloud to compliant with GDPR. Where is it?

It is very important for me. I will be subject to a **** lot of trouble if i violate GDPR.
