Change of storage plan

Good morning. I’m unable to change my storage plan. Each time I click on change storage plan it gives no response. I have force closed the app and restarted my phone to no avail. Thank you

Can you possibly try from another device or computer -- Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support.
