translation option not showing up in safari for new iOS 14

Could anyone please tell me why it is that the translation option which is supposed to exist in the new iOS 14 is not showing up on my phone? I have tried several sites and it simply is never there. See example below...

I have the same issue it is a pug as it work on my wife iPhone and not mine .
