App drawer keeps changing order on its own

My app drawer usually has my phone app first followed by mail, outlook and safari. Quite a few times a day when I lock my phone and open it back up, the order reverses. I then edit the screen and reorder, lock and then unlock and it’s back again. It’s getting really annoying especially since it happens 6-10 times a day. These two pics were taken 8 minutes apart. The first one before I locked it and the second when I unlocked it 8 minutes later.
