Brand new Apple watch SE altimeter not working?

Hello,

just received few hours ago my new Watch SE 44 GPS.

It seems the always-on altimeter doesn't operate; neither in the compass app, nor within complications, I can see any altitude value, just "--" symbol instead .

Compass and GPS coordinates are properly displayed. All localization services are set to ON, on my iPhone too.

Watch OS and iOS both updated today to latest release (7.0.1, 14.0.1)

I've also tried to reinitialize watch, without solving.

Anyone the same issue? At this point, is an hardware failure the only option, or there is maybe something I'm missing from software/setting point of view?

Solved with a forced reboot of the watch, thanks to Apple online support.

Maybe it can be good to know for someone having the same issue!
