Okay, this is what I was referring to. I keep nothing on lock screens anyways. This battery percentage. That’s the Home Screen , right? Lol. I do admit to paying undue attention to my battery usage setting also though. :)

Or even announced!

That's amazing, given Apple has NOT released iPhone 12 yet. Just how did you come to have a phone Apple doesn't sell nor has released?

And regardless, you cannot permanently display the battery percentage on the current models, so even if you somehow magically have a phone Apple hasn't released, it's highly unlikely you can on it either.

Okay, it’s possible this User may be mistakenly referring to iOS 14. 1000% not withstanding. I agree this would be a handy , although very large, widget. I use mine like crazy :) I’m looking forward to an iPhone 12 announcement. Rumors are flying.

Do you mean the new iOS 14 update? I’m looking forward to the iPhone 12 announcement. You can add a battery % widget. You can also choose the size, unless you’re referring to the battery usage by app setting? I have to admit I glance at mine frequently. Welcome to Communities. :)

Usually what people are referring to when they ask the is question is how to show the battery percentage next to the battery indicator in the status bar. That is possible in phones without Face ID but not in the later phones. With the addition of the "notch", the status bar lost a lot of space.

You just answered two questions for me! Productive. I see what you mean. Thank you. The new widget works for me :) but that’s just me.
