Does an Apple Watch cellular bought in the US work in India

I’m planning on getting a Apple Watch cellular from the US so will it’s network features work in India& also will thr be any for warranty?

There are 2 Apple Watch cellular radios

The Canada, U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico radio
The rest of the world radio

The cellular part of the watch will not work.

It will work only on WiFi
