Apps not able to delete

Ever since I got updated to IOS 14.0.0 I have not been able to delete apps that I have downloaded and I have updated to IOS 14.0.1 and still will not allow me to delete apps on my IPhone 11 Pro Max

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases and make sure Deleting Apps is set to Allow.

It could well be that but I had the same problem after I updated and it wasn’t that. I ended up erasing and restoring the phone, and then it worked.
