Hello mukesh31,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand the Logitech R500 is not working properly with an iPad Pro. We can help point you in the right direction.

We recommend to unpair the Logitech R500 from the Bluetooth settings of your iPad and to re-pair the device. From there, test and see if the Logitech R500 works properly without any issues. To unpair the device, please go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the "i" for your Logitech device > Forget This Device.

Then, pair it again by following the section in this article that says, "Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory": Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Please let us know if that helps.

Best regards.

mukesh31,

Thanks for getting back to us and for providing that information. Unpairing and re-pairing a Bluetooth accessory, like the Logitech R500 is a troubleshooting step to help test and determine if the behavior you're experiencing can be resolved on the iPad Pro.

If that step does not help, we suggest to contact Logitech to review this further. Here's the link to contact Logitech: Logitech Support

Kind regards.

HI,

Thanks for the reply,

This is is not about connectivity with the device, it’s getting connected and after getting connected its not working with my PPT, it does show when i click but its only hitting the wrong tab and not doing the slideshow. When trying to click to the next slide it closes the ppt sometimes or opens another tab or does nothing.

The same presenter works perfectly with my other IPad. I see the issue only after any update which happened in the ipad few months ago.

thanks
