Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand the Logitech R500 is not working properly with an iPad Pro. We can help point you in the right direction.
We recommend to unpair the Logitech R500 from the Bluetooth settings of your iPad and to re-pair the device. From there, test and see if the Logitech R500 works properly without any issues. To unpair the device, please go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the "i" for your Logitech device > Forget This Device.
Then, pair it again by following the section in this article that says, "Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory": Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
