Suggested idea to replace the lightning connector on iPhones

Instead of using a lightning cable per say, would it be possible to have a magnetic port that a magnetic cable would connect to? I thought the magnetic power connector on the Mac Books was brilliant and wondered why this has not ever been incorporated into cell phones. Example: https://keutek.com/ instead of using a cable that has a magnetic tip, incorporate the tip inside of the phone. Then any devices you need to attach to your phone would then need to have a magnetic cable end instead of a lightning tip. I'm tired of replacing cables because the end gets bent and the cable ruined. Just my two cents, thanks.

I know they exist, I included a link to a company who makes these cables already. Their cable also syncs data too, not just charge the phone (like the one you posted). However, I was hoping Apple would take it a step further and incorporate what would be the charge tip into the iPhone to eliminate the need for a separate charge tip. Being incorporated into the phone would also make it that much more water resistant. Just my two cents.
