How do I turn off private browsing mode

My browser says private browsing mode and I can’t save anything. How do I turn it to normal browsing please

See the following from Turn Private Browsing on or off on your iPad - Apple Support

Turn off Private Browsing

Open Safari on your iPad.
Tap the new page button .
Tap Private, then tap Done.
