Where can I find Thunderbolt (not Thunderbolt 2) cable?


Trying to setup extended display on an additional monitor with a VGA port, any help is welcomed.


I have a MacBook Early 2009.

Thunderbolt 2 is the same connector as Thunderbolt 1, which is the same connector as mini-DisplayPort. But...your MacBook does not have one of those, it has a mini-DVI port for video output. To connect to a VGA display you need an mini-DVI-to-VGA adapter. Apple used to make one but it's long been discontinued. I found a 3rd party adapter that will do what you need:
