why can't i create a child account for my 13 year old?
i am trying to create a child account for family sharing for my 13 yr old daughter but it won't let me.

Then you will have to alter their birth date to make them less than 13 years old. If you do that, you can't reset the birthdate until the birth date shows them to be over 13 years old.
