Unable to Close Port 62078 (TCP) on iOS Devices Using WiFi

Is it possible to close port 62078 (TCP) on iOS devices using a WiFi network without having to jailbreak the iOS device? According to multiple online articles, having port 62078 always open is a security risk.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
