MacBook Pro USB C Dongle Compatibility

I'm looking to buy a dongle for my new MacBook Pro, however. It's one of those with the dual connection that plugs in flush with the devices. However, I'm not sure whether it will fit with the new 2020 13" version. It's marketed for MacBook Pro models from previous years... Does anyone know whether there is a standard size fo the distance between the two usb c ports? And whether every MacBook Pro has a standard distance between its ports?
