the above message keeps appearing on my screen after last update. It does not make a difference whether I press details or cancel. It just keeps coming back every few seconds. What’s the solution to remove this urgently. I cannot use my phone efficiently with it.

My phone is doing similarly but when I hit details it brings up a Nokia certificate that’s expired ?? Definitely odd because I have never connected to Nokia servers.
Additionally, tried logging in another app and it notified me that I should no proceed with a jailbroken phone which I have not done ? Could this be connected ? Hack ?
