Charged for purchases on old Apple ID I have a new Apple

I had an IPhone 6s Plus that had been recently disabled due to my inability to recall my passcode to unlock my phone. I now have a new and a new Apple ID because I wasn’t able to recover my old one. I noticed that I was being charged for purchases that I had for my old phone and old Apple ID and I was wondering how would I cancel those purchases? I have the the same number and same card info on my Apple ID.

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.      


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.
