How can I change the date on my incoming emails on my iPad to show the date rather than the day of the week? Currently it says "yesterday", Thursday, Wednesday etc etc and I want it to show the actual DATE in number form. Please help!

Unfortunately this feature of the native iPad/iPhone Mail App is not configurable. Email received today is listed by time-of-receipt; mail received yesterday is marked as “yesterday”, whilst others arriving with the last week are listed by day-of-week. Email preceding this is marked by date.
