What happened to Apple’s quality control

This is my second Apple I pad pro, which has unwanted features.

The screen blinks off reversing, on black on white on black, on . . .

it’s kind of annoying and I’d like to be able to turn it off if it is a feature.

Unfortunately, all the Apple stores are closed and

I really do not want to take another back to Best Buy.

this is my second iPad Pro and I am very disappointed and it’s features.

anyone know how to operate a broken computer?
