Small portion of my iphone 11 screen is more brighter

Hello Folks,

its been an year since i have started using iphone 11. Bought it on launch week itself. 100% satisfied with the device.

But now I can see there is an issue on the screen, like a small portion of the screen is brighter than the rest of thr screen. Its more evident if am opening documents or screens with white background. Service stations are 150+ kms away from my home and due to covid 19 unable to travel that long to consult. If you could provide a solution I would be pretty happy.

Note: I have checked the water damage indicator and its white in color. Also I have never exposed mu phone to a rain or other situations where we can expect more water into screen. Inserting a pic here and the pattern is on the top part of screen if you could observe exactly.
