AirPods (pro) Failure to connect

So, I'm on my 2nd pair of AirPods (pro) and am having the same issue as the I did with the first pair, they wont connect to my iPhone 11Pro (updated software to 14.0.1). The first time Apple replaced the AirPods with new/refurbished units. Today I contacted Apple Support and they are refusing to replace or repair the ones they sent me in the first place.


Any suggestions besides ditching Apple?
