MacBook Pro keyboard unresponsive and I need files.

My MacBook Pro's built-in keyboard has become completely unresponsive apart from the power key, so I am no longer able to log in or restart in Recovery Mode. I have purchased a PC, but I don't know how to get the files off of my MBP that were in my downloads folder. A lot of the things I need are pictures of my best friend and school-related documents. Is there a way to get these files from my computer?
