Hello. I am currently with in a family plan of 200GB. I would like to downgrade my personal 50GB to the 5GB free plan. I tried but am having some trouble. Can it be done on your end?

What particular trouble are you having? Can you try from another device or perhaps from a computer -- Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support?
