I can't check my Airpods warranty online it says purchase not updated in system and when I update it gives error what should I do

Check your Apple Warranty:
Go Here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support. Ender your Serial Number, and see what pops up. - If it does not work - then they may not be official AirPods.
So... Contact Apple Support:
You should contact Apple Support. Ask them where this warranty all stands. The Apple rep will let you know firsthand.
