1. The photos in question were «hidden at first», but were «then recovered.» That shouldn’t be a problem, or contribute to your current issue.
2. They were, then, «deleted», from within the Photos App.
3. «then», these photos, now in the «”recently deleted” photos [folder] on the phone», were «once more deleted» from that «”recently deleted” photos [folder] on the phone».

Have I got that completely correct, especially the last part?

If part 3. is correct, then, I am sorry to inform you, you have permanently removed those photos from your iPhone, as well as from any iCloud shares you may have had at that time, as well as any devices synchronized to those iCloud shares.

And you did not check the Photos’ Recently Deleted folder at that time, Aboubeck11, until more recently?

Are those photos in other Photos folders/albums?

Do you remember any message dialogue when you first deleted any of the photos in question?

You did delete them from within the Photos App, didn’t you, Aboubeck11?

If not, how did you delete the photos?

Have you looked in the Recently Deleted folder, within the Photos App, Aboubeck11?
