Why does one device appear here three times?

Each one appears identical.

Apple ID Device.

The same laptop shows up three times.

Windows, Windows 10

Have you tried removing the device and adding it back to see if that fixes what you are seeing?

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

I hadn't no. I think I wasn't sure what would happen if I signed out of the wrong thing. But when you mentioned it, I realized that was ridiculous, so I tried it. No problems so far.
