Apple tv app not showing in ipad

What version iPadOS/iOS is it running?

The Apple TV app requires current versions OS, so older models with old software may not be supported.

Alternatively, you can view Apple TV+ through the web portal tv.apple.com.

You need the TV App. There is no Apple TV plus app

You can install it from the App Store - it’s in my App Store

You can also use the Today tab in the App Store- your profile top right- Purchased- use the cloud icon to redownload
