Usb earphones not working after ios14

After updating my iPad pro to lastest update 14.0.1 my USB c earphones stopped working.

Im not using Apple branded earphones. I use higher quality well known product. They worked without any problems before update.

AirPods are not an option on my case, should be wired.

Only solution is use ****** Apple earphones?

You might contact those earphones manufacturer, asking them if they are going to update your accessory firmware.
