how to reset my apple watch

unfortunately, i bought a second-hand apple watch and the seller have forgotten his apple id password and the number by which he registered his watch. i can not use it since it is not working without these data to be reset. i will be pleased if you help me with that.

You need to contact the seller and ask them to follow these steps;

Remove the activation lock

If they can't or won't then get your money back as the watch is of no use to you.
